Warranty

We offer a two-year warranty on all products against manufacturing defects from purchase. Our warranty policy does not cover reasonable wear and tear or misuse of products; however, we use consideration when dealing with warranties, so if you’re unsure, please submit a claim anyway.

Please read the information below before processing a claim.

SKIS, POLES AND DURABLE MATERIALS

Attention skiers! A two-year warranty covers all Faction skis, poles, and rigid items against manufacturing defects from purchase. If you experience any issues with your equipment within this time, we will return your money. However, we are not responsible for any additional costs, loss, or damage resulting from misuse, alteration, or loss of the product. We also do not cover the costs of returning the equipment during the warranty process. So, enjoy the mountain with the peace of mind of knowing that our warranty backs your equipment!

Please be honest and respectful when submitting a warranty request; this will be very helpful for our customer service team. Our team comprises passionate cyclists like you, so we understand your needs. If you receive a response that you don’t consider fair, please take the time to respond patiently and politely. We carefully review each case and appreciate everyone who purchases a product from us. Thank you for trusting us.

The damages excluded from our warranty coverage include misuse, abuse, negligence, damages caused by impact from rails or other park features, landing or collision with rocks, ice, hard snow, stumps, barns, or other solid surfaces, scratches, damage from falls, rust, discoloration, and improper mounting or adjustment of bindings. We always recommend having your skis mounted at your local ski shop to ensure it is done correctly and professionally.

PROCESS FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS

To begin the warranty process, please complete the form below. Before you start, ensure that you have the following items ready:

– Information about the defective product (model, size, year)

– Proof of purchase

– Clear photos of the damage to the product, including the base and top sheets, serial number, and/or QR code

– Details about how the damage occurred.

– Once this information is sent, we will contact you to arrange for the product to be returned.

Once we have received your warranty request, we will contact you within ten (10) business days. We are pleased to return your money products that meet our warranty requirements.
